This piece was comissioned by BS Stainless, which is the company that supplies my wire. The Wolf has travelled to Dusseldorf to be displayed on their trade stand at the International Wire Trade Fare. When the fare is over, BS Stainless will be keeping the wolf at their factory in Preston.
LIFE SIZED WHIPPET
This is a portrait of a Whippet called Murphy, made from stainless steel wire. Measurements of the dog were used to make an accurate, life sized replica of Murphy.

Unnatural Selection was selected for the David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the Year exhibition, held in the Mall Galleries in London between 28th June and 2nd July 2016, where Candice won the Urban Wildlife category.
